Kate Duckworth, Co-Founder. Kate spent 20+ years in the active and reserve Marine Corps. Certified as both a Logistics Officer and Intelligence Officer, Kate left active duty and served in the Central Intelligence Agency as an Operations Officer (Case Officer) for eight years conducting sensitive intelligence activities. She then decided to transition to healthcare and lifesaving techniques.  Kate became a Registered Nurse and has supported a multitude of medical departments and has numerous healthcare certifications.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University, a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College.

 

Neal Duckworth, Co-Founder. Neal served nearly 23 years on active duty, retiring as the Chief of Marine Corps Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Ground Intelligence Plans and Policy. A certified counterintelligence agent, intelligence interrogator, and intelligence officer, Neal served throughout the world, as well as in Washington DC. Twice, he pursued indicted war criminals in Bosnia as a NATO peacekeeper; he led the security and intelligence efforts during the reopening of the US Embassy in Kabul; and served as a combat advisor with the Iraqi Army during the Al Anbar Awakening. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
